Downloads, withdrawal and refunds

Download delivery

We supply music by internet download after payment is confirmed and access is authorised for the order. Check your order email and, if you have an account, its Downloads section. If the files are missing or cannot be downloaded, contact info@tangotimetravel.be with the order number.

Our current offer includes five downloads per downloadable file. Earlier purchases retain the access conditions and rights granted with them. TTT is not a backup service: customers should store their files safely and keep their own private backups. Technical failures and expired links should be reported so that we can investigate; we do not treat every repeated download as abuse. Any protective restriction must have a legitimate reason and does not remove your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days from the conclusion of a digital-content contract to withdraw. For immediate supply, loss of this right requires your prior express request to start supply during that period, your acknowledgement that the right will be lost once supply begins, and the legally required confirmation on a durable medium. Visiting this website, accepting general terms or downloading a file does not by itself establish that all these requirements have been met. Where they have not been met, we do not rely on this exception to refuse a statutory withdrawal.

If your right of withdrawal is still available, notify us unequivocally within the applicable period at info@tangotimetravel.be or by post to Moving Art Studio ASBL, 51 rue de l’Instruction, 1070 Brussels, Belgium. You may use the template below, but you are not required to use it.

Optional withdrawal notice: “I withdraw from my contract for the following purchase: [recordings or gift card and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Add a signature only if sending a paper notice.

Where a statutory withdrawal applies, we reimburse the relevant amount without undue delay and within the applicable legal period, normally no later than 14 days after being informed. We use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to you. We do not impose a gift voucher instead of a legally due refund.

Missing, damaged or non-conforming files

A wrong recording, corrupted file, missing track or file that does not meet the agreed description is not merely a change of mind. Consumer rights concerning supply and conformity remain available after downloading.

Please identify the problem and your order. Applicable remedies include bringing the content into conformity without charge and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement. The Belgian guarantee period is in principle two years for a one-off supply of digital content; this does not replace the detailed statutory rules or other applicable rights.

Voluntary refunds

If you change your mind and have not downloaded the music, we will refund your purchase upon request within 30 days under our voluntary policy. We also consider post-download requests made within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. This commercial policy is additional to statutory rights: the 30-day period and our discretion do not limit a legally valid withdrawal or a remedy for non-conformity.

Gift cards and mixed payments

You may cancel a gift-card purchase within 14 days of purchase while its code has neither been communicated to you or the recipient nor used. Once the code has been communicated or any amount has been used, or after this 14-day period, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. A confirmation email without a usable code is not delivery of the gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email on the selected date, subject to payment confirmation. Please check the recipient details before ordering. A scheduled email is not itself delivery. If a usable code is made available earlier in an account, document or separate message, that earlier communication must also be taken into account.

To request cancellation or exercise any applicable statutory right, use our withdrawal form or email info@tangotimetravel.be with the purchase reference. We review the delivery and use history. Before an accepted refund, we cancel pending delivery and deactivate the code. Refunds are made to the original payer through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed as permitted by law.

These gift-card conditions are separate from the consent for immediate music downloads. Acceptance of this policy does not waive mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a defective or undelivered card. Existing purchases retain the terms applicable when they were made.

If an order was paid partly with a gift card and partly through another payment method, any reimbursement will take account of those components and the applicable legal requirements.

2026 development: the SPF Economy reports an online withdrawal-function requirement in Belgium from 14 August 2026 where withdrawal remains available.
